<p>This is where I’ll share notes from recent classes, thoughts on movement, upcoming
sessions, and glimpses into the pieces I’m making. Think of it as a small window into
the practice — a place to keep in touch between classes.</p>

<p>If there’s something you’d like me to write about — a stretch for tight hips, how I
approach choreographing a new work, or how to start a home practice — let me know.</p>
